What is user module in project?
The user module allows users to register, log in, and log out. Each user is assigned one or more roles. By default there are three roles: anonymous (a user who has not logged in) and authenticated (a user who is registered), and administrator (a signed in user who will be assigned site administrator permissions).

A project user is a person in your account who only has access to a specific project. How do I use Python modules?
To use the functionality present in any module, you have to import it into your current program. You need to use the import keyword along with the desired module name. When interpreter comes across an import statement, it imports the module to your current program.
