If its a top mount psu and you have a large air cooler mounted to your cpu, then no it wont fit afterwards. In that situation youll have to mount the psu first, then mount the motherboard with cpu cooler attached underneath it. This is also assuming you dont have a cut out in the back panel of the motherboard tray.

Can I use any power cable for PSU?
Any cable will work. A 1,000W power supply (80% efficient) will pull about 10 amps at full load. Thats well within the specs of any of those cables. Some compaines do sell heavier duty cables, with larger wires in them, but theres no need in this case.
