Question: Should I size up for maternity clothes?

- For maternity clothing we recommend staying with your pre-pregnancy size. As all pregnancies are unique and individual, maternity clothes are designed on a normal pregnancy weight gain range. If you feel you have gained extra weight or are having twins then we do recommend choosing a size up from your regular size.

Do you buy maternity clothes in your normal size?

When you come to buy your maternity clothes (around the second trimester, but everyone is different and it varies from woman to woman) get them in your pre-pregnancy size rather than a few sizes larger. Maternity clothes are specifically designed to give you extra room where you need it and are adjustable.

How many cup sizes will I gain during pregnancy?

Every woman is different, but your breasts are likely to be around one to two bra cup sizes bigger than before pregnancy. Your band size will probably increase too, as your ribcage expands to make room for your baby.
