Do lawyers need to be attractive?

In many law firms older attorneys are responsible for attracting and retaining clients, and their good looks might work to their advantage in this area. By that logic, in these times of economic distress for law firms, when clients are harder to come by, being attractive is more important than ever for lawyers.
