Can I get fired for being polyamorous?

Technically, its not illegal to fire a person for being poly It wouldnt be covered under orientation. That said, speaking as a manager myself, the fact that they have no documentation speaks volumes about the managers, the company and your case. At the very least, youre pretty much guaranteed unemployment.
